Paper Requirements

Format Requirements

  • Format: IEEE Conference format (two-column, 10pt font)
  • File type: PDF format only
  • Page limit: Maximum 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references

Language Requirements

  • Main text: English (required)
  • Abstract: English abstract required (150-250 words)
  • Chinese abstract: Not required for the initial EDAS submission
  • Keywords: 4-6 keywords in English

Content Requirements

  • Original work: Papers must present original, unpublished research
  • Not under review: Papers cannot be under review at other venues
  • Anonymization: Submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review
  • Ethical compliance: Research must comply with ethical guidelines

Please use the IEEE conference template (A4 size) for your submission. Both LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates are available on the IEEE website.

Review Process

Double-Blind Peer Review

All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee.

Review Criteria

  • Originality and novelty of the research
  • Technical soundness and methodology
  • Significance and relevance to conference topics
  • Clarity and quality of presentation
  • Experimental evaluation (where applicable)

Anonymization Guidelines

  • Remove author names and affiliations from the paper
  • Remove self-citations or refer to them in third person
  • Remove acknowledgements that may reveal identity
  • Remove any identifying information from metadata

Submission System: AIVTA 2026 on EDAS

Submission Deadline: October 8, 2026

Submit a Paper via EDAS

Submission Steps

  1. Create an EDAS account or sign in with your existing account
  2. Open the AIVTA 2026 EDAS page and select Submit paper
  3. Select the Full Papers track
  4. Enter the title, all authors and affiliations, 4-6 English keywords, a 150-250 word English abstract, and at least one topic
  5. Upload an anonymized A4 PDF in IEEE two-column format, no more than 8 pages
  6. Confirm that EDAS shows the paper status as Active (has manuscript)

Double-Blind Submission Notes

  • Enter complete author information in EDAS, but do not include names or affiliations in the review PDF
  • Remove acknowledgements and identifying PDF metadata from the review manuscript
  • Do not include page numbers or an IEEE copyright notice in the review manuscript
