How do I submit my paper?

Submit your paper through AIVTA 2026 on EDAS. Review the requirements on the Submission page first.

What are the key dates and deadlines?

Full paper submission: October 8, 2026; acceptance notification: October 15; camera-ready deadline: October 25; registration deadline: October 31; conference dates: November 13-15, 2026.

What is the publication venue?

All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with possible EI/Scopus indexing. Please see the Publication page for full details.

What language should my paper be written in?

The main text must be written in English, with an English abstract of 150-250 words and 4-6 keywords in both English and Chinese.

How many pages can my paper have?

The standard paper length is 4 pages. Additional pages are charged at 55 USD / 400 CNY per extra page.

What are the registration fees?

Regular: 545 USD / 3800 CNY; Early Bird: 400 USD / 2800 CNY (until September 30, 2026); Student: 270 USD / 1900 CNY. See the Registration page for full details.

Who is eligible for the student registration fee?

Domestic students can enjoy the student rate by presenting the CHSI Online Verification Report of Student Status (学信网《教育部学籍在线验证报告》); international students may provide equivalent proof of enrollment. Students with a school-issued poverty certificate are exempt from the registration fee.

How do I register for the conference?

Follow the instructions on the Registration page and complete your payment before the registration deadline (October 31, 2026). For assistance, email adv@aivta.org.

Can outstanding papers be recommended to SCI/SSCI journals?

Yes. The Program Committee will identify exceptional papers during the review process and invite authors to submit extended versions to partner SCI/SSCI journals.

Can I present remotely?

We strongly encourage in-person attendance. Remote presentation options may be available in exceptional circumstances - please contact us to discuss.

Is visa support available?

Yes, invitation letters for visa applications can be provided to registered attendees upon request.
