Journal Recommendation
SCI/SSCI Journal Opportunities
Outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in prestigious SCI/SSCI indexed journals. The Program Committee will identify exceptional papers during the review process and invite authors to submit extended versions to partner journals.
Selection Criteria for Journal Recommendation
- High originality and significant contribution to the field
- Rigorous methodology and comprehensive evaluation
- Excellent presentation quality
- Strong potential for further research impact

Camera-Ready Requirements
Final Paper Submission
- Address all reviewer comments and suggestions
- Include author names and affiliations (no longer anonymous)
- Ensure paper passes IEEE PDF eXpress check
- Submit IEEE copyright form
- At least one author must register for the conference
- Paper must be presented at the conference (on site or, if approved in advance, online)
Important: Every accepted paper must be presented — on site, or online if approved in advance. If you cannot attend or present at all, contact the Organizing Committee before the author registration deadline: with prior approval your paper is still published in the Conference Proceedings and the printed copy will be mailed to you. Papers that are neither presented nor covered by prior approval may not be included in the Conference Proceedings or submitted for indexing.
